Now, something very interesting was said by Noem immediately after the incident. She said Goode had been labeled a Domestic Terrorist before the event.

Let's be clear what that means. That means, you shoot to kill. The entire engagement is not subject to the same rules of engagement. That was a military operation. That soldier took down a target. Simple as that.

That's what's loose in Minnesota.

ETA: Before he pulled his gun, the man who shot Good had filmed her with his phone -- documenting his "terrorist catch."
