Do you have a link to a specific, reliable, source which supports the assertion that Noem said Good was "labeled a domestic terrorist" before yesterday's incident?

The key to your thesis is that if someone is already designated as a domestic terrorist, the rules change - and shooting to kill is justified. Merely noting, after the fact, that she was engaged in activities that might allow them to label her a domestic terrorist is not the same.

I see nothing in the AI garbage drop that supports your assertion of a prior label.
