Question on Minnesota investigating the shooting. (don't get me wrong, i'm NOT blaming anybody here), but [View all]
Could someone help me understand why the Minnesota AG could not get a court order and search this shooters house as soon as the shooters name was released, and people were observed helping moving stuff out of shooters home? I'm having trouble understanding this. I feel local and or state police could have taped off this area for local investigation, even though FBI took over the investigation.
