Can someone explain to me why an ICE Agent should have [View all]
"absolute immunity" against illegally shooting ANYONE b/c he/she is a federal agent?
If my local police did the same thing, he/she would be immediately taken off duty, his/her gun taken away, maybe placed on desk duty while suspended, interviewed by the prosecutor, and taken to trial with possible conviction and imprisonment.
