I choose to mark the founding of the republic with the adoption and ratification of the Constitution and the first Washington Presidency and administration.

America's 250th birthday as a nation under the Constitution is still quite a few years hence and Trump will almost assuredly be dead long before that date comes to pass - or he will be so enfeebled and demented that no one will see him in his terminal decline, covered in his own shit, pale as the reaper and cold as a corpse to all around him. The anniversary of the Declaration of Independence is tarnished beyond repair by Trump's infection, so too are the 25th commemorations of the 9/11 attacks, but the founding of the republic is blessedly beyond the reach of his tiny hands and enormous ego. He will be dead, gone and rotting long before then and I will be there to piss on his grave in commemoration.
