According to CNN, Rubio says the war launched in Feb. is over! He also said that the goal is now to reopen the strait. So the goal is to get back to where we were prewar, after billions spent and lives lost. And you know that Rs will treat that like a bigger victory than winning World War Two if it happens. Also, according to Mr. Rubio, the war didn't cause gas prices to rise.

So there ya go. So much for Rubio being the smart or sane one, even by R standards.
