This is utter BS.

The reflecting pool didn't contain more than 0.005% hydrogen peroxide. It also began degrading immediately as it oxidized the algae.

It takes about 30% solution to work as a paint stripper.

The failure was poor site preparation and improper materials for bonding the paint
