37. This "patient" has been doing this for years.

-He is routinely using obscenities in his public statements
-he is no longer recognizing those who should be readily familiar to him
-The inability to recognize individuals
-etc

Heck, I know someone who exhibited most of these symptoms and was able to function independently until he was 91. He's still going at 93 today.
