14. I just saw what I posted in 2016 that came up on my FB memories re the Dem platform they adopted

The party platform so far has rejected: strengthening language re $15/hr for federal employees, opposing the TPP, carbon tax, single payer healthcare and calling for an end of the occupation and building of more settlements, but for fracking and a no fly zone. I guess this platform is to get the votes of old-time Republicans who aren't fans of Trump. Too bad the platform alienates people who normally think of FDR style democrats and not Republican-lite ones. With this platform I fear most young and progressives will say forget it. I wish the Democrats stood for something except not being as crazy as Trump. A platform should be a vision for the country.
