4. I'm grateful for the ruling, but the reporter who made the headline

needs to go back to headline design school! How hard is it to write: Joshua Tree will retain protected status... instead of what this guy wrote... which is essentially a sentence of double negatives. I ended up reading it more than once before jumping to the story to find out how exactly they ruled.
