... has been provided to support either contention definitively, hence my stated hope for more clarity. I based my assumption on personal, first-hand observation in which a Marlin lever-action .30-.30 was used. It was not a pretty sight, and there was nothing conspiratorial about the circumstances. But I do appreciate the link, if not the inappropriate innuendoes.
