Those 2 counties are redder than a fire engine. They really should be handed over to like minded and backward West VA, another derelict and basket case hellhole. We here in central MD pay the taxes that keep those 2 counties afloat. All we get in return is animosity. Their only upside is some beautiful mountain scenery, but avoid West VA where the mountains are blown up, a process called 'mountain top removal,' to expose veins of coal. Trump said in his first reign of error that he would bring back good paying coal mining jobs to that state. Where are they?
