He may favor Republican Governors to a degree ONLY when they kiss his wrinkly ass and praise him in public. The TACO gets off on making states beg for money as they grovel before him like he's some god-damned King or something.

I can only imagine how Ronnie D is going to act when Florida gets hit with a Cat 5 Hurricane, or any Republican dominated state for that matter.
