It's tough to be a Pollyanna after such a horrible, grinding 3-year horror.

Ukraine is in a tight spot - running low on ordinance and personnel, while Russia continues to terrorize the civilian populace and bomb the country's infrastructure back to the stone age. Putin doesn't appear to care about Russian losses.

Where would Ukraine get a "huge influx of anti-armor and DPICM"? Europe? Not Trump.
