Israel has had huge stockpiles of US ordnance and spare parts. It eventually expires and needs to be used or cooked off before it might explode. We need revenue. Even if Europe and US donors pay for some of it it’s better than nothing. Ukraine and European partners are starting to produce spare parts and munitions for US and European supplied weapons systems.
