They won't let this opportunity pass to get the retail price up to $5. In southwestern Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area) we're already paying about $4.19 per gallon.

The oil and gas industry needs to see higher prices at the pump in order to finance their investments in fracking technology. What a coincidence that Chump is handing them this golden opportunity!
