4. This is serious BS. The moment a VA employee clocks out and steps off of government property,

that person becomes a private citizen. Under the First Amendment, if they wish to join a protest, they are free to say anything they wish as long as they don't disclose information covered by HIPPA. They are free to talk to the press. That's also a First Amendment thing. They can say the VA is the greatest employer in the world. Or they are free to say their employer sucks.

This is intimidation, pure and simple. Ms Halioua says the investigation was "terrifying". The Comey 86 47 indictment is also meant to intimidate.

BTW Petti had the same rights. His murder was also intended to intimidate.
