The proposed rule… “seems to contradict the very purpose of the court buildings… to provide a place where laws are enforced…”. What utter bull puckey. Courts are not for the purpose of law enforcement, but for the determination of justice for those accused. To haul off persons who are present for reasons unrelated to why they are appearing in court is outrageous.
