9. I had a similar problem with mine about 10 years ago and a friend recommend how to correct it.

Yesterday

He repairs Navy helicopters and they see things like this happen in the onboard computers. His remedy was:

1. Take out the battery.
2. With the battery out, press and hold the on key for 30 seconds.
3. Replace the battery and restart the computer.

This worked for me and it might work for you.
