1. Vlad should have sent his Army to Fort Irwin to get pointers on how to wage war.

I just sent this to a guy I know who served out at Fort Irwin in the late 1980’s. The unit at Irwin was OP4 they were the U.S. Army version of the Warsaw pact.

And they the OP4 were good at what they done.
Speaking from experience they gave us a run for our money kicked our light infantry asses in simulated contacts in lessons in our own weaknesses. Just in case Warsaw pact ever came west into NATO.
Our people in OP 4 are much more professional than the Russian army.
The 1980’s OP 4 was probably the most effective training tool our army had and the soldiers who served in it much respect.
