The days of baking a big cake are long gone. My son isn’t big on sweets, though fruit gets his interest, but making something bigger makes no sense for a family of two.

I love those pans for Mexican night, too—rice in one pan and beans in another. I also have 8” bamboo baskets I can stack in the IP, too. Really love how versatile the IP is, and with little counter space now, I don’t miss the extra appliances.
