2. I make sourdough, but recently murdered my starter culture...

I keep a jar of dehydrated starter in the pantry because I have killed it before. I probably won’t restart it again until fall. But I recommend to dehydrate a bunch of it and keep it in a sealed jar because life gets busy sometimes and it’s easy to forget to feed it…unlike dogs and cats, the sourdough won’t remind you it’s time to feed it!
