6. For it to happen they need to have 'charging stations' all around like gas stations

and I don't see that happening. They can have them all they want but people are not going to buy them, w/o having charging ability. Stellantis just announced they are going to put a V8 hemi in their new all Dodge Charger (EV), its not selling for 2026 model year. The idiots in Albany can mandate all they want, they still can't pass a budget on time.

When you look at a charging maps it looks like the state is covered with them. There are 4 near me 2 at a private apt. complex , one near an office building and oddly one in the middle of no where on a dead end all are not easily found. They aren't Tesla's. I imagine the Thurway will be a nightmare because that is where many are being put in now. Filling with fuel is a wait at even the new rest areas.

I'll reserve my decision in 2035 I might not even be here.
